ШТУЧНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ І ПРОЗОРІСТЬ ЕКОНОМІКИ: ЯК ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ МОЖУТЬ ЗМІЦНИТИ ДОВІРУ ПІСЛЯ ВІЙНИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено роль технологій штучного інтелекту у забезпеченні прозорості економічних процесів України в умовах повоєнного відновлення. На основі статистичних даних та аналітичних матеріалів проаналізовано масштаби втрат бюджету через непрозоре витрачання коштів, кількість підозрілих фінансових операцій, а також динаміку ринку ШІ в Україні. Висвітлено основні напрями впровадження ШІ у фінансову систему, зокрема в державні закупівлі, управління бюджетом, банківську діяльність та інвестиційний моніторинг. Обґрунтовано, що ШІ є ефективним інструментом для боротьби з фінансовими махінаціями, відмиванням коштів та корупційними схемами завдяки здатності аналізувати великі обсяги даних у реальному часі, виявляти аномалії, прогнозувати ризики та формувати аналітичні звіти. Досліджено дані щодо фактів розкрадання державних коштів та проаналізовано кількість повідомлень про підозру фінансових махінаціях.
