FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF BUSINESS STRUCTURES

Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the features of the formation of management systems for business structures. This analysis was carried out by identifying key aspects that have a decisive influence on the construction of effective management systems in modern conditions. Such aspects include, in particular, the specifics of the development of business structures, the sequence and characteristics of the stages of the life cycle of such structures, as well as the relationship between the stages of enterprise development and the transformation of its management system. Particular attention is paid to the influence of uncertainty as a factor that significantly changes the nature and trajectory of management development. The author argues that the combination of these features is critically important for understanding the patterns of the functioning of business systems in a dynamic external environment, which is often characterized by instability and unpredictability. The choice of such characteristics is due to the existence of significant gaps in research in the field of management of business structures, especially in terms of in-depth analysis of the processes of transformation of management systems under the influence of unstable environmental factors. This lack of research, on the one hand, complicates the development of universal management models, and on the other - opens up new scientific horizons for finding effective solutions. That is why the approach presented in the article is relevant, innovative and significant for the further development of management theory. The work adds special scientific value to the fact that it does not simply record the presence of problems, but proposes new conceptual approaches to their solution. As a result of the conducted research, it was concluded that effective management of the impact of strategic uncertainties on the management system of a business structure is possible only if such factors as the urgency of response, the source of uncertainty, and its content are comprehensively taken into account. These factors should be systematically taken into account when building an adaptive management model capable of ensuring the stability of the enterprise's functioning in unstable market conditions. Thus, the article makes a significant contribution to the development of modern management science, offering a sound theoretical basis and applied directions for further research in the field of adaptive strategic management of business structures.
